Welcome to Manoir du Tertre Ychot - Holiday home in Dol-de-Bretagne

Our charming Breton manor house is 2 km from Dol-de-Bretagne and close to the TGV station in Dol, a pretty city of character and birthplace of the Stuarts. The sheepfold, hay barn and cider house have been renovated with the authenticity of a Breton farm. Designed as family homes, they are set in 4 hectares of parkland, including flower meadows and an orchard.




Our property is ideally located 20 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel, Dinard, Saint-Malo and Cancale, 20 minutes from the medieval town of Dinan and 10 minutes from the Tronchet golf course. After your many visits to our region, you're sure to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the infinity Jacuzzi or a dip in our swimming pool.




A game of pétanque, ping-pong or reading by the stream will bring your day to a pleasant close. And since it's the vacations, book our in-house chef, who will be delighted to help you sample the specialties of our region.

Our 4-hectare property is an invitation to relax and unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and only 5 minutes from the lively town center of Dol-de-Bretagne and the SNCF train station. Deer and birds will be your neighbors, and walks in the countryside or by the sea will whet your appetite.


We're ideally located just 20 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and its famous oysters, medieval Dinan and beautiful Dinard with its belle époque villas. Stroll along the Rance, Saint-Suliac, the most beautiful village in France, and the chic Saint-Briac and Saint-Lunaire, with their heavenly beaches. There are also many malouinières to visit, the famous castles of privateers and wealthy Malouin shipowners. And if you'd like to venture a little further afield, there's the Dinard golf course.
